Geraldine Acuña-Sunshine
about Geraldine
Geraldine Acuña-Sunshine is president of the Sunshine Care Foundation for Neurological Care and Research (SCF), an international nonprofit organization dedicated to finding innovative ways of delivering free clinical and neurological care to impoverished patients in rural areas of Asia. She is also Co-Founder of the Collaborative Center for X-Linked Dystonia Parkinsonism at the Massachusetts General Hospital. Additionally, she is the Founder, President, and CEO of Khan Academy Philippines. Prior to entering the nonprofit field, she worked as a corporate attorney at law firms in New York and Boston, and served for over 13 years as Senior Counsel in alternative investments for Bracebridge Capital in Boston. She is a member of the Harvard University Board of Overseers, the Harvard Kennedy School’s Dean’s Council, and the Harvard College Fund Executive Committee. Within the Greater Boston area, she serves on the boards of the Combined Jewish Philanthropies of Greater Boston and the Massachusetts General Hospital President’s Council. Geraldine is an alumna of Harvard College, the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and Columbia Law School.
Liz Bialecki
about Liz Liz Bialecki is committed to supporting young women through critical times in their life, in particular through their mental health journey. She has worked as a licensed therapist in the Boston area for ten years primarily seeing children and adolescents. Liz has a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. Liz and her husband Andrew cofounded Accelerate the Future, a Boston-based private family foundation supporting organizations that improve the livelihoods of children through STEM, adolescent mental health, and pediatric cancer research initiatives.
Kimberly Fay Boucher (Co-founder) is a business executive who has driven high performance organizations in technology, consumer products and social enterprise/nonprofit industries over the past 25 years. She spent the last decade in senior marketing and investment roles with Analog Devices (NASDAQ: ADI). Kim is also a Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management, where she teaches Disciplined Entrepreneurship in the Martin Trust Center. She holds a BS in Management Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a NCAA Academic All-American Women’s Basketball player and has been inducted into the WPI Hall of Fame.
Lori Smith Britton
About Lori Lori Smith Britton is the founder of Community Resource Consulting, a consulting practice providing charitable nonprofit development strategies and services. Her service to the community is extended by her volunteer commitments. She has served on the boards of the Boston Latin School Association and ACCESS, and is currently a director of Freedom House, Inc. and Commonwealth Kitchen. She is a graduate of Syracuse University and Boston University.
Stephanie Connaughton
About Stephanie
Stephanie Connaughton is a marketer, and branding expert. After starting her career as a strategic consultant at Bain & Company, she spent 15 years at Gillette (later P&G) where she pioneered several Gillette’s breakthrough products including the original Venus razor. Stephanie has been involved with over 50 start-ups as an advisor and angel investor, and founded a consumer products company. She currently serves on the Board of Callisto.org, Garbo.io, the Women’s Foundation of Boston and is Board Chair for Courageous Parents Network. She has deep ties with several Boston institutions including: Boys and Girls Club of Boston; ICA Boston and Harvard University where she acts as an advisor to the Deans of the College, the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and the Business School. She holds an AB from Harvard, an MBA from Wharton, and is a graduate of the Harvard Business Analytics program. She is a founding Partner of the National Women’s Soccer League Boston Team.
Ami Kuan Danoff (Co-Founder) is a Founding Partner of the National Women’s Soccer League Boston team and a tech ventures investor. She is the lead funder of Raxia, an AI-powered platform for healthcare revenue cycle management. Her previous career was as a portfolio manager in global equities at Putnam Investments and co-manager of the Putnam International New Opportunities Fund and as an international equities analyst at Fidelity Investments. Ami is a Harvard Quantum Founder and a member of Harvard’s FAS Dean’s Council. She graduated from Harvard College with an AB in design and holds dual MSc degrees in Applied Economics and International Finance from MIT Sloan.
Michelle Detwiler
About Michelle
Michelle Detwiler, MD PhD, has over a decade of private equity and venture capital experience in life sciences. She is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Biospring Partners. Prior to founding Biospring, she was a Managing Director at General Atlantic, a Co-Founder and General Partner of Longwood Fund, a healthcare venture capital firm and Senior Vice President and Head of GlaxoSmithKline’s (GSK) Centre of Excellence for External Drug Discovery, a global business development and mergers and acquisitions group. Michelle joined GSK through the acquisition of Sirtris, where she served as the Vice President of Corporate Development. She is a member of the Trustee Advisory Board for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders and is a contributor for Thrive Global.
Rosalina Feliciano
About Rosalina Rosalina Feliciano is an Investment Officer with MFS Investment Management. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has over 25 years in the Investment Management Industry. Prior to MFS she was a Senior Vice President, Portfolio Manager at State Street Research and Management. She was also an Assistant Vice President, High Yield Analyst at Wellington Management and a Research Associate responsible for corporate credit research at Fidelity Investments. She received her MBA degree in Finance at the MIT Sloan School of Management and her BA from Cornell University in Mathematics and Biology. Rosalina grew up in East Harlem and attended Phillips Andover Academy as a recipient of A Better Chance Scholarship. Rosalina served as an Executive Committee Member of the Alumni Council at Phillips Academy, the Development Committee at MFS Investment Management and serves on the Equity and Inclusion Committee at Rosie’s Place in Boston. Rosalina is co-chair of the Latinx Sub-committee of Mosaic at MFS Investment Management, which brings together people of color and allies across the organization and supports the progress of matters of race and ethnicity.
Linda Henry
about Linda Linda Henry is the CEO of the Boston Globe Media Partners. She is a co-founder of HUBweek, a civic collaboration between the Boston Globe, Harvard University, Massachusetts General Hospital, and MIT that explores the future being built at the intersection of art, science and technology. Linda is also an early-stage impact investor, an Emmy-Award winning television producer with two shows currently airing, and a community activist. She serves as a director of the Red Sox Foundation, is a trustee of the Liverpool Football Club Foundation, chair of the Boston Globe Foundation, and chairman of the John W. Henry Family Foundation. In addition, she is a founder of the Boston Public Market, serves on the advisory board of MassChallenge, and is on the board of the Engine at MIT. She earned a BS from Babson College and her MS from MIT.
Susan Littlefield
About Susan
Susan Littlefield (Board Chair), after many years in the private sector, currently focuses her time on philanthropic, community and family pursuits. Susan is the chair of the New England board of UNICEF USA. In addition, she serves on the UNICEF USA National Development Committee and the UNICEF Changemaker Host Committee. She serves on the board of trustees of the Meadowbrook School, where she served as president (2016-20) and vice president (2012-16). Susan also serves on the Tulane Fund Advisory Board, and Tulane’s Only the Audacious capital campaign committee. Susan and her husband, Martin Roper, serve on the Parents Committee of Phillips Exeter Academy. She has also served in many volunteer positions for her Harvard Business School class. Susan was a partner at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where she worked in the health care sector including early work in BCG’s social impact practice. She was also a member of the initial UN sponsored working group that launched the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria. Susan holds a BS from Tulane University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Rich Puccio
about Rich
Richard Puccio is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Analog Devices (ADI). In this role, Rich is responsible for setting ADI’s financial strategy and leading the company’s global finance operation.
Rich started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in 1990. He stepped away from PwC for two years to take on corporate finance roles with Hanover Insurance and Digital Equipment. He returned to PwC and was named Partner in 2000. During his 21 years as a Partner at PwC, Rich primarily served clients in the global technology, semiconductor, and semiconductor capital equipment industries, and later led a large team supporting Dell.
Since 2021, Rich served as CFO of Amazon Web Services (AWS), an $88B revenue business. There, he partnered with AWS’s CEO to deliver revenue growth and profitability by leading and managing all short- and long-term strategic financial objectives, supporting the AWS executive team with key financial information and operational analytics, and driving performance and accountability.
As CFO for AWS, Rich partnered closely with the business to manage more than 200 fully featured services, including compute, storage, databases, robotics, machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), mobile, security, among many other technologies.
Rich was born and raised in the Boston area and earned his AB in Economics from Harvard University in 1990. He pursued his MBA, graduating from Boston University in 1991.
Meg Reynolds
about Meg Meg Reynolds is Principal and Portfolio Manager at Westwood Global Investments where she co-manages Global Emerging Markets Equity portfolios. She has over thirty years of broad investment experience including at Fidelity Investments and Putnam Investments in Boston. Prior to founding WGI, Meg was the Portfolio Manager of the Latin American Fund at Fidelity Investments. Before assuming the Latin American Portfolio Manager role, she held various analyst and associate portfolio assignments at Fidelity. Meg began her investment career as a domestic fixed income analyst at Putnam before becoming an analyst in the international equity group. She received a B.S. from University of New Hampshire and an M.S. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Bekah Salwasser
About Bekah Bekah is Executive Vice President of Social Impact, Boston Red Sox & Executive Director, Red Sox Foundation. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Brown University and has extensive experience in philanthropy and both professional and semi-professional sports. After four years working as Community Relations Director for the Boston Celtics, Bekah went on to lead Scholar Athletes as its Executive Director, a program that supports public high school athletes with both their athletic and academic achievements. Earlier in her career, Bekah served as a professional soccer player for the Boston Breakers and as Executive Director of the Charlestown Lacrosse and Learning Center.
Carmel Shields
about Carmel Carmel Shields is Director of ProCare Medical Equipment Maintenance and Service and Executive Vice President of Shields Health Care Group. She currently serves on the board of Canadian-based Radialis Medical. Carmel serves on the board of various nonprofits, including Care 2 Communities. Prior board service includes the Board of Overseers of Boston Children’s Hospital, the Council of the Connors Center for Women’s Health and Gender Biology, Yawkey House of Possibilities, Stonehill College, and two of Boston’s schools, Epiphany School and Nativity Prep. Carmel is a graduate of Boston College, and earned an MBA from Northeastern University, a graduate degree in Environmental Law from the University of Sydney (AUS) and her JD from the New England School of Law.
Beth Terrana
about beth
Beth Terrana retired from Fidelity Investments in 2003, after a successful 20-year career managing numerous equity mutual funds, and turned her attention to the nonprofit institutions she is passionate about. She serves on the Board of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Board of the Dana-Farber/Boston Children’s Cancer and Blood Disorders Center. She also sits on the President’s Council of the Big Sister Association of Greater Boston, is a Big Sister to a 9 year old girl, and is an active volunteer of uAspire, working with Boston high school students to ensure that all students have the financial resources to find an affordable path to and through secondary education. Beth received her Bachelor of Science at the State University of New York Binghamton and her Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School.
Sylvia Pagán Westphal
About Sylvia Sylvia Pagán Westphal is the owner of Herringbone & Brass, a full service interior design firm in the Boston area. Prior to her work in real estate and design, Sylvia was a scientist, a science and healthcare reporter for major publications including the Wall Street Journal, LA Times and Boston Globe, and the co-owner of a business that organized high-end conferences for CEOs in the biotechnology and pharma industries. Syliva has a PhD in Genetics from Harvard University, attended BU’s Master of Science in Journalism program, has a BA from Universidad de Puerto Rico in Biology and is a MIT Knight Journalism Fellow. Sylvia has served on the Board of Trustees at Milton Academy.
Sarah Williamson
About Sarah
Sarah Williamson is the Chief Executive Officer of FCLTGlobal since July 2016, after spending over 21 years at Wellington Management, most recently as a Partner and Director of Alternative Investments. Prior to joining Wellington Management, Williamson spent over five years with McKinsey & Company. She was also a special assistant at the US Department of State and was a mergers & acquisitions investment banker for Goldman, Sachs & Co. Williamson is a co-chair of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on Investing, a member of the Advisory Board for the Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia, and a member of the Hong Kong Institute for Monetary and Financial Research Council of Advisers. Williamson also serves as a Director of Evercore (NYSE:EVR), chair of the board of the Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, and is a member of the Harvard Business School Board of Dean’s Advisors, and the Boston Children’s Hospital investment committee. She earned her MBA, with distinction, from Harvard Business School and her BA in Economics, with honors, from Williams College.
Gwill York
about gwill Gwill York is co-founder and managing director of Lighthouse Capital Partners. Since its founding in 1994, she led investments in biotech, medical devices and services, software, semiconductor, internet infrastructure, e-commerce and clean tech companies. In 2018, she joined the board of Sofina, a global public investment firm. Gwill served on the board of the NE Venture Capital Association for nine years and as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Rock Center at HBS for four years until her election to the Board of Overseers of Harvard University in 2013. She started her career at Salomon Brothers, Fidelity and Comdisco Ventures. She has volunteered for decades at the Museum of Science, Mass General Brigham, One Mind, and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. She studied economics at Harvard-Radcliffe and earned an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Mariann Youniss
About Mariann
Mariann Youniss has been actively involved with a number of nonprofits in the Boston and Wellesley area. She currently serves on the Board of the Women’s Lunch Place, and past Board Chair for Big Sister Association of Greater Boston, is a member of the Exceptional Care Trust Board at Boston Medical Center, and is a board member for Literations, Inc. Mariann has also served as chair of the Scholarship Committee for the Wellesley Scholarship Foundation, served as co-chair of the Lovin’ Spoonfuls Tailgate fundraiser, and co-president of Wellesley A Better Chance.
Previously, Mariann worked in systems and management consulting for American Management Systems and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 1991, Mariann began working for Rocket Software, a software company that her husband, Andy Youniss, co-founded in 1990. Mariann wore a number of hats in that organization from sales to development to support.
Mariann received a BS in Computational Mathematics and Economics from Tufts University and is a member of the Tufts University Board of Trustees, various Committees and Board of Advisors of the School of Arts & Sciences.

Laurie H. Glimcher, MD, was named President and CEO of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in 2016. She is also Director of the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center and the Richard and Susan Smith Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. Previously, she was the Stephen and Suzanne Weiss Dean and Professor of Medicine of Weill Cornell Medicine and Provost for Medical Affairs of Cornell University. Dr. Glimcher is a distinguished immunologist, widely renowned for her work in one of the most promising areas of cancer research.
Bekah Salwasser joined the Red Sox Foundation as the Executive Director in January of 2018. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Brown University and has extensive experience in philanthropy and both professional and semi-professional sports. She holds a BS in Management Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a NCAA Academic All-American Women’s Basketball player and has been inducted into the WPI Hall of Fame.
Ami Kuan Danoff (Co-Founder and CFO) is a private investor and the trustee of a foundation. She is a Harvard Quantum Founder and a member of the Harvard FAS Dean’s Council. Christina Heenan Suh holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in English and Marketing and a master’s from Columbia University. A former management consultant, her work focused on strategy and implementation projects for Fortune 100 clients. She was also an account executive at Hill+Knowlton (WPP) marketing consumer packaged goods. As an Executive Board Member of the Brookline Education Foundation, which funds professional development in the Brookline Public Schools, Christina led their Grant and Oversight Committees. She currently sits on the board of the Brookline Library Foundation and teaches ESL at Rosie’s Place in Boston.
Christina Gordon (Co-Founder and CEO) holds a dual master’s degree in International Finance and Applied Economics from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Boston University and also studied for a joint master’s degree in Women’s Studies and Sociology at Brandeis with a focus on women in the workplace. Christina is a former assistant fund manager and technology industry equity analyst at Wellington Management. She also worked as a stock analyst at Fidelity Investments. She is a trustee of a private foundation, a member of Women Moving Millions and currently sits on the board of Rosie’s Place, a sanctuary for poor and homeless women in Boston.
