Women in Nonprofit Network (WIN)

Our Impact

Where Women Nonprofit Leaders of Massachusetts Learn, Connect, and Collaborate

The Women in Nonprofit (WIN) Network is a joint initiative between the Women’s Foundation of Massachusetts and the Red Sox Foundation to better connect women Executive Directors and CEOs of Massachusetts nonprofits.

Fueling Connection. Inspiring Impact.

Connecting Women Nonprofit Leaders to Learn, Lead, & Grow

WIN facilitates the sharing of best practices, strategies and resources among women nonprofit leaders. We also strive to create channels that allow these leaders to mentor and learn from each other. Nonprofits have limited budgets and resources for leadership training. WIN does not charge membership or event fees and all women nonprofit leaders are welcome to join regardless of organization size or income.

If you would like more information about the WIN Network, please email info@womeninnonprofit.org.

With less than 2% of all philanthropic funding in the U.S. directed toward programs for women and girls, the support of the Women’s Foundation of Massachusetts is not only impactful—it’s essential. Their investment helps ensure that girls in our community have access to the resources, mentorship, and opportunities they need to grow into confident, capable leaders.
