Lauren Galinsky

Lauren Galinsky is a Client Partner at Catalant, where she collaborates with investors and their portfolio companies to turn strategic priorities into clear, actionable execution plans. In this role, she works closely with leadership teams to identify critical business needs and connect them with experienced independent experts and consulting teams who can help drive growth, transformation, and operational impact. Catalant’s platform enables organizations to rapidly assemble specialized talent to tackle complex initiatives, providing companies with flexible, high-impact consulting support.

Lauren began her career in global health delivery, where she helped launch and scale innovative programs designed to expand access to essential services. Through this work, she developed a strong foundation in building new initiatives from the ground up and navigating complex implementation challenges across sectors and geographies. Her experience bridging strategy and execution continues to inform her work today as she partners with organizations to translate ambitious goals into tangible results.

In addition to her professional work, Lauren has been an active member of the Women’s Foundation of Massachusetts community. She previously served on WFMA’s Junior Board and was part of the Emerging Leaders Network, contributing her time and leadership to strengthen the ecosystem supporting women and girls across the Commonwealth.
