Kim Perrella

Kim Perrella brings over a decade of experience across development, communications, database management, and process improvement at Massachusetts nonprofits. She most recently led development operations at The Possible Zone and has also worked at Jobs for the Future and The Boston Debate League. She previously served as a leadership volunteer with Boston GLOW, a volunteer-run nonprofit that created mentorship and service learning opportunities for girls, women, and gender-expansive individuals in Boston. Kim holds a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s Degree from SUNY Geneseo. She lives in Central Massachusetts with her husband and son.
