Girls on the Run RI

Girls on the Run Rhode Island (GOTRRI) is part of a national organization inspiring K-8 girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident through a research-based curriculum that creatively integrates running. 

• 2026: Five-year grant to support hiring a program manager to deepen their expansion in Bristol County, MA.
• 2025: Three-year grant supporting GOTRRI’s expansion into Bristol County, MA, a region they currently serve. Expansion to serve participants from New Bedford, Taunton, Fall River, and Attleboro, four MA Gateway Cities which have a significant need for after-school programming for girls.
