Fuel Our Grantmaking
Make a donation to fund our grantmaking across the state. Every gift, no matter the size, helps strengthen the organizations and communities empowering women and girls every day.
Workplace & Corporate Engagement
We partner with companies and employee groups in ways that go beyond traditional sponsorship. Opportunities may include lunch-and-learns, team engagement, kit pacing projects, and skills-based volunteer opportunities that allow employees to support our work while building connection and purpose in the workplace.
Host a Gathering
Host a salon, house party, or small gathering to bring people together in support of women and girls in Massachusetts. Gatherings can be hosted by individuals or companies and may take place in homes, workplaces, or community spaces, either in person or virtually.
We’ll provide guidance, materials, and support to help make your gathering meaningful and easy to host.
Join the Emerging Leaders Network (ELN)
The Emerging Leaders Network (ELN) connects young professionals across Massachusetts who are interested in learning, building relationships, and supporting women and girls through community-driven engagement. ELN is a dynamic group of the Commonwealth’s next generation of leaders, dedicated to advancing the mission of the Women’s Foundation of Massachusetts. Members actively engage in fundraising, event planning, and community outreach to help empower women and girls statewide.

Volunteer Your Skills
Whether you’re packing STEM kits, cheering on 5K runners, or supporting projects with our grantee partners, volunteering offers a meaningful way to see the impact of initiatives that economically empower women and girls.
Skills-based volunteers play a vital role in advancing our work to support women and girls across Massachusetts. We offer meaningful, skills-based opportunities that align individual talents with real organizational needs, such as graphic design, communications, academic research, and PR/communications. Opportunities are designed to be time-bound and impactful, creating value for both our organization and our volunteers.
Please be in touch to learn more about how you can get involved.
